Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping box. If cake will not be served within 24 hours of receipt, store in freezer for up to 3 months. If cake will be served within 24 hours of receipt, defrost in refrigerator overnight and keep for up to 4 days.
Defrost in refrigerator for 2 hours or thaw at room temperature for 45 minutes.
To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice.
Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 7 days refrigerated and up to 30 days frozen.
